The four phases

Discovery, spec, build, run-it.

Discovery and spec are paid as one — you can walk away after spec with the written scope and we keep nothing else. Build is the long phase. Run-it begins the day you go live and continues for as long as you want us on the wall.

Discovery

~1 week

We walk your shop and your spreadsheets. RFQ-to-install in one notebook, deposit-to-final billing in another, the change-order trail in a third. No code lands.

Spec

~1–2 weeks

Written scope: which Odoo modules ship, which website pages exist, what the AI agent qualifies, what the run-it pillar covers. Sign-off here freezes the price. Walk-away point if the engagement is not for you.

Build

~5–8 weeks

ERP deploys first on Hetzner so the data model is real before anything else binds to it. Website wires into the CRM. AI agent trains on your past quotes and budget bands. Weekly demo calls; no surprises at the end.

  • Odoo 19 deployed + custom modules
  • Next.js website mounted on production domain
  • AI agent trained on shop conversation data
  • Migration of historical quotes + projects

Run-it

Ongoing

We run the stack. Managed Hetzner hosting, daily Postgres backups to B2, module updates on request, 24h response window during business hours. Monthly, cancel any time.

How we work

Three constraints we hold to on every engagement.

These are not aspirational. They are the constraints that let one operator ship a full ERP-plus-website-plus-AI-agent stack inside fourteen weeks without the project turning into a sales-engineering exercise.

One principal does the whole engagement.

The person who walks your shop in week one is the person who writes the spec, deploys the ERP, trains the agent, and answers the run-it ticket. No offshore team, no junior on the build, no account manager filtering questions.

Spec freezes the price before any code lands.

After phase two you have a written scope and a fixed number. You can walk away with the scope and keep nothing else, or you can sign and we hold to that number. Change-orders go through a written process; nothing creeps.

AI Agents are a current pillar, not a roadmap line.

Two of three live shops ship with an AI agent qualifying their inbound leads today. The agent is part of the stack, sized into the fixed price. It is not a follow-on engagement and it is not vendor software we resell.

Payment

Fixed price.
Two milestones.

Half on spec sign-off, half on go-live. Run-it begins the day you go live on a monthly retainer you can cancel. No retainer during discovery and spec — those are paid as one fee that rolls into the deposit if you sign.

50% — Spec sign-off

Paid when the written scope and the fixed price are signed. Marks the start of build.

50% — Go-live

Paid when the ERP, the website, and the AI agent are live on your domain and your team is using them.

03
Run-it — Monthly

Managed hosting + 24h response + updates on request. Begins at go-live. Cancellable on 30 days notice.

Discovery is a one-week commitment.
Spec is a walk-away point.
