We take two of these per quarter outside our core implementation work. If your build fits the filters below, you get a working artifact in four to ten weeks instead of a six-month statement of work.
Who this is for

Portfolio-grade artifact.
The thing we ship is something you would show another operator. A working agent, a published tool, a workflow that runs without a human. Not a slide deck, not a roadmap.
Stretches our capability.
If it bolts onto something we have already shipped twice, it is too small. We take builds that teach us a new pattern we can reuse on our next project.
Operationally adjacent or AI-shaped.
The build either lives next to an ERP, a quoting tool, or an ops pipeline, or it is an AI agent that talks to a real system. Pure marketing builds go elsewhere.
Who this is NOT for
Three things we will not quote.
Shopify or storefront builds.
There are studios that ship a Shopify build in two weeks for less than we charge. Go to them.
Pure design or marketing sites.
Branding, art-directed landing pages, ad-creative production. We build systems, not collateral.
Open-ended retainer consulting.
We quote fixed-price artifacts. If the engagement reads as monthly hours with no deliverable, the scope is wrong for us.
What you get
Three line items. Prices stated.
Audit · $3–5k
One week. We map the workflow, name the integration points, write the build spec, and quote the fixed-price build. If you walk away after the audit, the spec is yours to take elsewhere.
Build · $10–25k
Four to eight weeks. Working artifact deployed on infrastructure you own. We test against your real data, not a demo dataset. Source code and credentials handed over on completion.
60-day operator support · included
Two months of hands-on support after handover. We fix what breaks, tune what drifts, and train one of your operators to own the artifact going forward. No retainer trap.
